With rich text, some fragments will inevitably have different height than other fragments on the same line, either because their line height is set explicitly, or because they come from differently sized fonts.

Make sure that this does not break layout or pagination.

Furthermore, align fragments on the same line by their baseline, and add other options to support the vertical-align CSS property.
